Terms and conditions

 

By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children in the changing areas at all times.

All spectators must wait in the waiting area whilst the swimming lessons are running.

No phones, photography, or video recording is permitted on the poolside, in the changing rooms, or in the waiting areas.

If a swimmer requires a parent or carer to remain on poolside during their lesson for medical reasons, only one parent/carer may remain seated on the poolside bench.

Children under the age of 8 must use the same‑gender changing room as their accompanying adult. No adults are permitted to enter the opposite‑gender changing rooms, regardless of the child’s gender.

Swimmers must not attend their lesson if they have experienced diarrhoea or vomiting from a stomach-related illness within the 24 hours before their session.

One-off trial lessons for group lessons are available at the price of one lesson.

Swimming lesson invoices are sent out termly and must be paid in full before the first swimming lesson to commit to the full term.

No credits, refunds, or make-up lessons will be provided for missed sessions, including absences due to sickness, school trips or holidays.

Credits will be issued if Starting Blocks Swim School cancels a lesson.
